English Inverted Bell Top c1720-1775

This working clock is made in Ebony and Walnut. It has an engraved and silvered chapter ring with applied spandrels to corners and arch. This clock is made to stand on a fireplace, table or bracket. The hands are copies of the originals. There are brass fretwork panels to top corners of the door and brass fishscale panels to the sides. The panels are filled red, green or blue to replicate silk.
